Moderation and reporting
Members can report trips or posts that appear unsafe, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate. Reports are reviewed by moderators, and content or accounts may be restricted when policy violations are confirmed.
Emergency support boundaries
Explorer Circle is not an emergency response service. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. You can still report urgent safety incidents to our support team for follow-up actions on-platform.
Insurance and liability posture
Explorer Circle provides planning and community tools, not travel insurance. Travellers are responsible for arranging suitable insurance and confirming coverage for destinations, activities, cancellations, and medical needs.
